Perkiomen moved up to 356 from 423 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Freelance. The Panthers were able to make the jump by beating Academy of the New Church 48-32.
Perkiomen extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Lions, 48-32. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Beau Bosch and Beau Bosch gave Chestnut Ridge a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Bosch threw for 82 yards and one touchdown, while Bosch ran for 326 yards. Teammate Jacob Mock added to the ground attack by rushing for 78 yards.
Cole Renninger was the best wideout in the league this week as Central Mountain fell to Central Columbia. Renninger racked up five receptions for 109 yards. Drew Alexander helped Central Mountain's passing attack out by catching two balls for 21 yards.
6-foot-5 quarterback Bosch of the Lions is the league leader in passing yards this season with 533. He has also thrown six touchdowns. On the ground, the Wildcats' Von Walker has rushed for 1096 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Renninger. The Central Mountain star has 26 catches for 431 yards.
Chestnut Ridge took down Kutztown 60-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Bosch in the win.
