Volleyball Game Preview: Vasquez Mustangs vs. The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins

The Vasquez Mustangs will take on The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Vasquez will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, Vasquez earned a 3-1 victory over Trinity Classical Academy.

Vasquez was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 26-24, 23-25, 25-17.

Meanwhile, The Palmdale Aerospace Academy lost 3-0 to Desert Christian on Tuesday.

While The Palmdale Aerospace Academy ultimately came up short, they really made Desert Christian work, particularly in the third set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19, 26-24.

Vasquez pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road. As for The Palmdale Aerospace Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-6.
