Wheeler County is 8-2 against Telfair County since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wheeler County Bulldogs will take on the Telfair County Trojans at 5:30 p.m. Wheeler County comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Wheeler County's last matchup with Hawkinsville could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. Wheeler County came up short against Hawkinsville, falling 11-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Telfair County). They came out on top against Montgomery County by a score of 8-3 on Friday. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Wheeler County's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Telfair County, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Wheeler County skirted past Telfair County 4-3 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Will Wheeler County repeat their success, or does Telfair County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
