For the first time this season, Cedar Ridge was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Madison Mavericks could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Cedar Ridge's record moves to 1-0-1. As for Madison, they moved theirs to 2-1-1.

Cedar Ridge didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against LEE on the 11th. Madison has also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against McAllen on the 11th.
