             It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Scappoose had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They took their  contest  with ease, bagging  a  41-0 win over the Tillamook Cheesemakers. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won seven matchups by 21  points or more  so far this season.
  Max Nowlin was  his usual excellent self, throwing for 317 yards and six touchdowns while completing 74.1% of his passes. He is  on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as he's  now  passed for three or more in the last seven games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Quinton Olson, who picked up 48 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
 Scappoose's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-1. Those good results were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.2 points per game. As for Tillamook, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 6-5.
 Scappoose will square off against Marist at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Marist will roll in looking for their  ninth straight  win, something Scappoose surely won't give up without a fight. Tillamook does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
