It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Jones had no problem doing just that on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Pine Ridge Panthers a 19-0 shutout. The Fightin' Tigers' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last three matchups.

Jones has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.2 points over those games. As for Pine Ridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.

Coming up, Jones will face off against Deltona at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Fightin' Tigers 7.5, the Wolves 7.9) so any points scored will be well earned. Pine Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
