Soccer Recap: Holy Cross Comes Up Short

Holy Cross managed to keep up with Geneva until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Holy Cross Knights came up short against the Geneva Eagles, falling 6-0. The Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Holy Cross' defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Geneva, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-6-1.

Looking ahead, Holy Cross will welcome The Christian School at Castle Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Geneva, they are taking a road trip to square off against Holy Cross at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
