Flasher had already won four in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bishop Ryan Lions. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Chaskee Schmidt paced Flasher's offense, picking up five kills. Schmidt got some help from Jocelyn Rossow and her seven assists.

Flasher's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Flasher didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 tie against Hazen on the 6th. As for Bishop Ryan, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Glenburn at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
