St. Martinville piles up the points against Crowley

Recap: St. Martinville Tigers vs. Crowley Gent
The St. Martinville Tigers can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They claimed a resounding 67-39 victory over Crowley on the road. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
St. Martinville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Steven Blanco, who rushed for 355 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 18.7 yards per carry. Blanco really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Zenon, who rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries.
St. Martinville's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Crowley, their loss was their 11th straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 2-8.
St. Martinville will head out on the road to face off against Leesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Leesville is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Crowley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
