Football Game Preview: Potlatch Loggers vs. Kendrick Tigers + How To Watch

Potlatch hasn't had much luck against Kendrick recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Loggers will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are still undefeated (Potlatch has four wins , while Kendrick has ten dating back to last season).

Potlatch is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Idaho's top teams: Deary, who was ranked 24th at the time (Potlatch was ranked eighth). The Loggers really took it to the Mustangs for the full four quarters, racking up a 60-20 victory. The Loggers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Jay Marshal had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 108 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 134 yards and one TD on only seven passes.

Meanwhile, Kendrick put their dominant defense on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Friday. They claimed a resounding 90-0 win over Lapwai. Fans of the Tigers have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Kendrick's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Potlatch, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
