Fort Thomas and Baboquivari are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Apaches will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Fort Thomas knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Baboquivari likes a good challenge.

Fort Thomas will bounce into Friday's contest after beating San Carlos, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Apaches enjoyed a cozy 72-58 win over the Braves on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Baboquivari, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past San Simon 49-47.

Baboquivari's win came from a few key players Fort Thomas will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Gabriel Pablo, who shot 58% from the field to rack up 18 points along with five boards and four steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024. Ezekiel Hendricks was another key player, going 6-for-13 on his way to 16 points and six rebounds.

Baboquivari pushed their record up to 2-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. As for Fort Thomas, their record is now 3-0.

Fort Thomas didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Baboquivari in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 51-47 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Apaches since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
