Preview: Lemmon/McIntosh vs. Dupree
Dupree have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Lemmon/McIntosh at 6:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps national rankings project a close match.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 8-58, which was the final score in Dupree's tilt against Timber Lake two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, Lemmon/McIntosh took their matchup against Faith last Friday by a conclusive 52-20 score. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-12.
Lemmon/McIntosh's win lifted them to 1-2 while Dupree's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Lemmon/McIntosh's success rolls on or if Dupree are able to steal their positive momentum.
