Softball Recap: Central Falls Short of Wilson in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Central can now relate to. They fell just short of the Wilson Warriors by a score of 5-3 on Monday. The defeat was just more heartbreak for the Wildcats who fell 7-5 when the teams previously met on April 10th.

The loss snapped Central's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 24-12 record. As for Wilson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 27-21.
