Softball Recap: Camp Point Central Takes a Loss

Camp Point Central lost to Quincy Notre Dame back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Camp Point Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Graci Giles, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Camp Point Central's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Quincy Notre Dame, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-10 record this season.

Camp Point Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Winchester at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Quincy Notre Dame does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
