Volleyball Recap: Harding University Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Harding University was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the West Cabarrus Wolverines.

The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-2, 25-7.

Leading West Cabarrus to victory were Ellie Nicely and Madison McIntyre. Nicely had 14 aces, while McIntyre had nine aces. Those nine aces gave McIntyre a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Meliyah Ready, who had ten assists and three blocks.

Harding University's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for West Cabarrus, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.
