Soccer Recap: Jackson Academy Gets the Win

Jackson Academy proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by eight) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Madison-Ridgeland Academy Patriots 2-1.

Jackson Academy now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Madison-Ridgeland Academy, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 11-2-1.

Jackson Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Magnolia Heights at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Madison-Ridgeland Academy, they will challenge Brookhaven Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
