            The Miyamura Patriots got the win against the Hatch Valley Bears  on Saturday by a conclusive  9-3. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won three matches by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Felix Lopez looked comfortable as he  tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits.

 On the hitting side, Miyamura let  Seth Torres and  Shane Escajada run wild. Torres  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-4, while  Escajada  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4. Torres has become a key player for Miyamura: the team is 3-1 when he posts  at  least  two  runs, but 1-4 otherwise.  Xavier Brown was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  doubles and one  RBI.
