Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wheelersburg). They put the hurt on the Waverly Tigers with a sharp 11-0 win on Tuesday. Considering Wheelersburg have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Waverly from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Nick Sylvia led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by himself.

The victory keeps Wheelersburg at an undefeated 8-0-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those three matches. As for Waverly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Wheelersburg didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Blazer on the 25th. As for Waverly, they will challenge Minford at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
