Basketball Game Preview: Canandaigua Academy Braves vs. Brockport Blue Devils

The Canandaigua Academy Braves will take on the Brockport Blue Devils in a holiday battle at at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Tuesday, Canandaigua Academy didn't have too much trouble with Honeoye Falls-Lima as they won 64-49. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Braves.

Meanwhile, Brockport strolled past Gates Chili with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 65-46.

Brockport's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Canandaigua Academy, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 2-0.

Canandaigua Academy strolled past Brockport when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 53-38. Does Canandaigua Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Brockport turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
