Baseball Recap: Salem Greyhounds vs. Izard County Cougars
After flying high against Mountain View last Thursday, Salem came back down to earth. The Greyhounds fell just short of the Izard County Cougars by a score of 6-5 on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent loss being a 11-2 defeat two weeks ago.
James Crowe made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. Kaiden Hollis was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.
