Volleyball Game Preview: East Forsyth Broncos vs. Newnan Cougars

The East Forsyth Broncos will take on the Newnan Cougars at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, East Forsyth was able to grind out a solid victory over Madison County, taking the game 2-0. The Broncos haven't had any issues with the Red Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Newnan sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over East Coweta on Wednesday.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Newnan got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 17-25, 15-10.

Newnan's win bumped their record up to 22-9. As for East Forsyth, their victory bumped their record up to 17-5.
