After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Liberty, Brophy College Prep was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Saguaro Sabercats 41-8. With the Broncos ahead 34-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brophy College Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Case Vanden Bosch, who rushed for 43 yards and one score, and also threw for 161 yards and one TD while completing 75% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave Vanden Bosch a new career-high in passer rating (144.4). Another back making a difference was Harrison Chambers, who rushed for 79 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries.

Brophy College Prep's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-4. As for Saguaro, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brophy College Prep will face off against Williams Field at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. The Broncos' defense better be ready for this one: the Black Hawks have averaged an impressive 36.1 points per game this season. As for Saguaro, they will take on Shadow Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th.
