Softball Game Preview: Central Panthers vs. Sprague Olympians

The Central Panthers will head out to square off against the Sprague Olympians at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Central has three straight wins, Sprague has seven straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 19-0 margin over Parkrose on Thursday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by eight runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Sprague lost 10-2 to Wilsonville on Tuesday.

Kaylee Lundeen and Brenna Morris stepped up to the plate in a big way. Lundeen went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Morris scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

Sprague's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Central, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
