Football Recap: Collinwood Comes Up Short

Collinwood scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 12-6 to the John F. Kennedy Fighting Eagles. The Railroaders haven't had much luck with the Fighting Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Collinwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for John F. Kennedy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Collinwood will challenge Rhodes at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams' defense has only allowed 14.4 points per game this season, so the Railroaders' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for John F. Kennedy, they will face off against Villa Angela-St. Joseph at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
