Burlingame had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Christopher Cougars 3-0 on Monday. The Panthers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 10th (when they won 3-0).

Burlingame never let Christopher on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 25-19.

Burlingame is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season. As for Christopher, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 22-10.

Coming up, Burlingame will square off against Harbor at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pirates will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. Christopher does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
