Soccer Recap: Reedley Comes Up Short

Reedley was the 3-0 winner over Sunnyside when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Reedley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Sunnyside, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-0-1.

Coming up, Reedley will face off against Golden West at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sunnyside, they will take on Sanger at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
