Softball Recap: Del Norte Extends Winning Streak to Three

Del Norte entered their tilt with Carlsbad on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Lancers 5-3. That's two games straight that the Nighthawks have won by exactly two runs.

The team relied heavily on Alexis Kyles, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Lainey LLamas, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
