Volleyball Recap: Barrow's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Barrow had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Sitka Wolves. The game was the first time the Whalers have beaten the Wolves on their court since October 8, 2022.

Barrow never let Sitka on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21.

Barrow's victory bumped their record up to 27-7-1. As for Sitka, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8-9.

Barrow wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Juneau-Douglas on the 3rd. As for Sitka, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Haines on the 3rd.
