Hesperia Christian posted their biggest win since January 7th on Monday. They blew past the Norton Science & Language Academy Rockets 60-29. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Patriots just coasted through the last quarter.

Ethan Flores was his usual excellent self, going 7 of 14 on his way to 16 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Noah Griffin, who posted ten points in addition to five boards and three steals.

Hesperia Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2024.

Norton Science & Language Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Richard Pelayo and Ayden Alba. Pelayo had nine points, while Alba scored eight points.

The victory made it two in a row for Hesperia Christian and bumps their season record up to 7-13. As for Norton Science & Language Academy, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Hesperia Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-53 win against University Prep on the 28th. Norton Science & Language Academy has also already played their next game (against The Grove School), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
