Basketball Recap: Cross Roads Bobcats vs. Martins Mill Mustangs
Cross Roads was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 76-20 loss at the hands of the Martins Mill Mustangs. The Bobcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-8.
Leading Martins Mill to victory were Ryder Marsh and Jak Kinder. Marsh almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds, while Kinder went 7 of 8 on his way to 19 points. Those 19 points gave Marsh a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Travis Baber, who posted seven points and five assists.
