Football Recap: Victory Baptist Takes a Loss

After soaring to 34 points the game before, Victory Baptist was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 14-9 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fideles Christian Rangers. The contest marked the Warrior's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Victory Baptist now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Fideles Christian, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Victory Baptist and Fideles Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Warrior see the field they'll take on Peoples Baptist Academy at 7:30 p.m. on October 3. As for Fideles Christian, their break will end when they face Harvester Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on October 3.
