West waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Deseret Peak Golden Eagles by a score of 3-1.

West walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 23-25, 25-20, 25-17.

Deseret Peak lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Paisley Eddington, who had nine digs and two aces.

West's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Deseret Peak, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

West has already played their next match (against Spanish Fork), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Deseret Peak, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Murray on the 21st.
