Baseball Recap: Agua Dulce Falls Short of Shiner in the Playoffs

Agua Dulce and Shiner squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Agua Dulce had to settle for second. They came up short against the Comanches, falling 14-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Longhorns have suffered since February 28th.

Agua Dulce is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9. As for Shiner, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

While Agua Dulce had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
