Princeton extended their postseason success on Saturday against King. They took down the King Jaguars 34-16. Princeton's win was all the more impressive since the Jaguars were averaging only ten points allowed on the season.

Casey Etheridge was his usual excellent self, rushing for 217 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry, and also catching a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 134 rushing yards.

Princeton was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 310 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 245 rushing yards in six consecutive matches.

Despite the loss, King still got an impressive performance from Jaden Thomas, who threw for 133 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 51 yards. A healthy portion of Thomas' aerial production (84 yards to be exact) went to Seth Dukes, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Princeton pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.7 points per game. As for King, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-4.

Princeton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 24-7 defeat against Montini Catholic on the 16th. King does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
