Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Academy Falls Despite Big Games from Addy Mira and Suzi Valbuena

The St. Joseph Academy Flashes didn't have quite enough to beat the Lakeland Christian Vikings on Saturday and fell 2-1.

St. Joseph Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Suzi Valbuena and Addy Mira. Valbuena had three digs and two aces, while Mira had four digs and two aces.

LaVon Pozar went supernova For Lakeland Christian., getting eight blocks, six aces, and four digs. Those eight blocks gave Pozar a new career-high. Claire Wilson also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.
