Soccer Recap: Dwight Morrow Comes Up Short

After flying high against Paramus Catholic on Saturday, Dwight Morrow came back down to earth. The Maroon Raiders fell just short of the Cliffside Park Raiders by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cliffside Park this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-3 on September 4th.

Dwight Morrow's loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1. As for Cliffside Park, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dwight Morrow will challenge rival Dumont at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Cliffside Park is set to take on their familiar foe Fort Lee at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
