Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ursuline Academy). They came out on top against the Summit Country Day Silver Knights by a score of 56-43 on Sunday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Lions' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 607th, while the Silver Knights are ranked 303rd).

The victory made it two in a row for Ursuline Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-4. As for Summit Country Day, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Ursuline Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Batavia at 5:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Summit Country Day and Woodward will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on December 30th.
