Basketball Recap: River Road Takes a Loss

River Road's tournament run continued when they took on Holy Cross Catholic Academy on Saturday. The River Road Wildcats received a blow as they fell 58-40 to the Holy Cross Catholic Academy Mustangs. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

River Road's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Holy Cross Catholic Academy, their win bumped their record up to 13-2.

River Road will be home for the holidays to greet Stratford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Holy Cross Catholic Academy will take on Highland Park in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
