Basketball Recap: Rowland's Run of Four Straight Wins Now Over

If Rowland was riding high fresh off their 63-34 takedown of Nogales last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rowland Raiders fell 73-62 to the Fullerton Indians on Thursday. The Raiders were not able to make up for their loss to the Indians from their previous meeting back in December of 2015.

Fullerton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Myvett out in front who went 10 of 13 on his way to 28 points. The match was Myvett's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jad Mustafa, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 14 rebounds.

Rowland has already played their next game, a 51-41 win against El Modena on the 27th. As for Fullerton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-48 victory against Santa Ana on the 27th.
