Basketball Game Preview: Idaho City Wildcats vs. North Star Huskies

Idaho City is 0-8 against North Star since January of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Idaho City Wildcats will host the North Star Huskies at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Idaho City is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game on Thursday. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 61-57 heartbreaker at the hands of Gem State Adventist Academy. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, North Star blew past Centennial Baptist, posting a 56-28 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Huskies.

North Star has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Idaho City, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
