Volleyball Recap: West Nassau Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

West Nassau had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Baldwin Indians. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-21.

Baldwin found their leader in sophomore Madison Crews, who had six digs and two aces.

The win got Baldwin back to even at 1-1.

West Nassau has already played their next game (against Duval Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Baldwin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Oakleaf on the 21st.
