Basketball Game Preview: Central Lions vs. Summit Spartans

The Central Lions will square off against the Summit Spartans at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Central unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 66-49 to Lovett. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Meanwhile, Summit put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 66-37 victory over Giles County. Fans of the Spartans have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.
