Soccer Recap: Mt. Pulaski Comes Up Short

Mt. Pulaski fell victim to Illini Bluffs and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 7-0. Mt. Pulaski haven't had much luck with Illini Bluffs recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Mt. Pulaski's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Illini Bluffs, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Pulaski will take on Abingdon/Avon at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Illini Bluffs, they will head out to take on Athens/Greenview/Illini Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
