Basketball Recap: Coalfield Takes a Loss

Coalfield lost against Oneida back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Coalfield Yellow Jackets took a 62-45 bruising from the Oneida Indians. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coalfield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Oneida, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coalfield and Midway will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oneida, they will venture away from home to square off against Campbell County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
