Homestead won the last time they faced Norland and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Broncos skirted past the Vikings 3-2.

Homestead took Norland into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-17, 22-25, 25-27, 15-9.

Pablo Ruiz paced Homestead's offense, picking up ten kills. Ruiz got some help from Karon Williams and his 25 assists. Williams also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Oliver Cerna, racking up four apiece.

Homestead is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season. As for Norland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
