Baseball Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Eastern's offense. They lost 9-0 to the Oak Hill Oaks on Wednesday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Oaks recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Eastern saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trey Kelly, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Oak Hill, their record now sits at 7-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Oaks beat Eastern by a score of 11-0 on Friday.
