Arroyo Valley is on a seven-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Eisenhower a five-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The two teams, after both having extra time off, will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field at 3:45 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
Thursday just wasn't the day for Arroyo Valley's offense. They came up short against Grand Terrace last Thursday, falling 12-0.
Meanwhile, Eisenhower had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged out Colton 2-1 last Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since April 25, 2025.
