Basketball Recap: Neville Comes Up Short

Neville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. The matchup between them and the Wossman Wildcats didn't end well, with the Neville Tigers falling 77-63. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Wildcats are ranked ninth).

Neville's loss dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Wossman, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which somehow still isn't as good as their 19-6 record this season.

Neville will challenge West Monroe at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wossman, they will be playing at home against West Ouachita at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
