Laughlin has no trouble against Sandy Valley

The Laughlin Cougars won the last time they faced the Sandy Valley Sidewinders, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Laughlin was the clear victor by a 40-15 margin over Sandy Valley. The win made it back-to-back wins for Laughlin.

Laughlin's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Valeria Qunitero, who scored 13 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Qunitero has scored at least 25% of Laughlin's points. Another player making a difference was Daishanae Jackson, who scored 11 points.

Laughlin's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Sandy Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Laughlin will head out on the road to face off against Needles at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sandy Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Baker at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
