Softball Recap: Vineland Comes Up Short

Vineland was the 9-8 winner over St. Joseph when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Fighting Clan fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 4-2 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Fighting Clan have suffered against the Wildcats since May 7, 2023.

Vineland's loss dropped their record down to 18-3. As for St. Joseph, they have been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Vineland nor St. Joseph have any future games scheduled.
